Sichuan University–Pittsburgh Institute is an academic entity jointly established by Sichuan University and the University of Pittsburgh. Approved by China’s Ministry of Education in 2014, SCUPI is one of the large-scale partnerships between a top US university and a top-rate Chinese university. SCUPI now enrolls undergraduate students in five majors, including Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The technical curricula of SCUPI comply fully with those taught at the Swanson School of Engineering (SSOE) and the School of Computing and Information (SCI) of the University of Pittsburgh. 二、招聘岗位及需求

招聘岗位 Job Title：教务人员1名（编制外招聘）

Academic Administrator (1)

岗位描述Position Description：

The Academic Administrator is responsible for teaching scheduling, exam scheduling, course registration counselling, academic contests management, etc. The academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in helping SCUPI faculties and students.

主要职责Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 协助教学副院长完成课程及考试安排等教学运行相关工作；管理学院教学平台；完成学校教务处布置的相关工作；

Carry out tasks assigned by the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, including but not limited to course and exam scheduling, and Blackboard management. Also, comply with tasks assigned by the Academic Affairs Office of Sichuan University.

2.大学生创新创业训练计划、中国国际大学生创新大赛、学科竞赛等各类项目/竞赛的协调及管理，包括组织竞赛宣讲、报名、答辩等工作;

Coordinate academic contests, including but not limited to the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program and the China International College Students' Innovation Competition. Responsibilities include organizing contest workshops, managing sign-ups, and overseeing project defenses.

3. 提供学术咨询服务；

Provide counseling services for students on curriculum, exam, and other academic affairs-related issues.

4.与团队成员一同协作执行特别项目。

Collaborate with other team members on special projects.

招聘条件Qualifications：

1. 硕士研究生学历，拥有英语国家求学或工作/实习背景者优先

A Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates with overseas diplomas or work/internship experience in English-speaking countries are highly valued.

2. 优秀的英语沟通及写作能力

Exceptional skills in English communication and writing are essential.

3. 具备耐心、细致的工作态度，逻辑严密，富有责任心，能够高效闭环管理所负责的工作板块，并持续优化

A patient, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to work is a must, alongside strong logical thinking and a high sense of responsibility. Capable of managing and completing assigned tasks efficiently while striving to improve processes.

4. 优秀的沟通能力、团队协作及创新能力

Strong communication and teamwork skills, paired with a willingness to explore innovative ideas and approaches.
